Not Covered in WarrantyWarranty is non-transferrable, valid only in the territory of India and extended only to the first end user customer (Customer). Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to misuse, tampering, natural calamity, negligence, unauthorised usage, continuous contact of water, improper installation by customer, normal wear and tear caused due to use of product.

| Covered in Warranty | Sleep Bird mattresses are warranted from the date of purchase against any material/manufacturing defects and will be replaced after inspection. The warranty is pro-rated and calculated as per following example: If a SLEEP BIRD mattress of M.R.P. Rs. 10,000 having a warranty of 2 years and develops a defect after 1 year of use, then the calculation of charges for repair or replacement will be calculated as: Rs. 1,0000 X 1 Year / 2 Years = Rs. 5,000. The warranty card must be duly filled, stamped & signed by the authorized Sleep Bird dealer at the time of a sale to customer. The warranty card and relevant cash memo must be preserved & produced along with product in case of complaint. |
